Massachusetts Health Information Security and Privacy Collaborative
MA-HISPC

The Consortium has held the Massachusetts Health Information Security and Privacy Collaborative (HISPC) subcontract from the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) since 2006. The subcontract currently ends July 31, 2009.

MA-HISPC is currently completing Phase 3 of ONC’s funding of nation-wide Projects that began with statewide identification and assessment of the privacy laws, regulations, and the reality of business policies and practices that follow strict Massachusetts requirements. The following information takes you through the project phases and includes the final report and relevant supporting information.
